Why are you the way you are? That’s a loaded question. And that may be the question your spouse has been asking for the last 40 years. Why are you the way you are? We have to admit that self-awareness is hard. It’s impossible to be objective about ourselves. That’s why we need the Holy Spirit. To take an honest look in the mirror we must invite the Holy Spirit to reveal the truth about us and allow Him to sand our rough edges. Ephesians 4:1-2 lists the key ingredients to conquering our blind spots and helping us become more like Jesus.
