ROOTED - Jesus - First Place in Everything

Colossians 1:15-20 is part of an early Christian hymn, and Paul used this hymn to lift Jesus and urge them to keep their eyes on Jesus. If Jesus is the Son of God, the Lord of the universe, and the Savior of the world, then, Paul argues, He deserves “first place in everything” (Colossians 1:18). If that’s true, there is a question each of us must answer. When it comes to my life, does Jesus have “first place in everything”? Is the Lord of all the Lord of me?
