Your Word for the New Year

Happy New Year! That means it’s time to make those dreaded New Year’s resolutions. Many people are instead choosing a word for the year. Inspirational words like … thrive … courage … simplify … health … balance … serenity. All you have to do to change your life in the new year, is to visualize a word and it will happen. Well, I’m not sure that’s exactly how it works, but perhaps it’s not a bad idea to choose a word for the new year. Not just some inspirational word, but a word of promise from God Himself. Surely, a word from God is the right way to begin a new year. Let’s see what we can find in Psalm 37.
