ABIDE - Knowing Him

Knowing Jesus was the highlight of Paul’s life. Philippians is Paul’s personal testimony of what Jesus meant to him. It is a pastoral letter in which he lovingly urged the believers at Philippi to make knowing Jesus and loving Jesus the passion of their lives. Paul urged them to join him in saying, “For me, to live is Christ, to die is gain” (Philippians 1:21). And in Philippians 3, he said, “I count all things to be loss in view of the surpassing value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord” (Philippians 3:8). For Paul, the one who gave everything for him meant everything to him. Which demands we answer a question. Does the one who gave everything for you mean everything to you?
