HOPE - When God Doesn't Make Sense

The ancient story of Job provides many lessons on how to endure and how to hang on to our faith. It’s helpful to study Job because we experience pain and problems just like he did. Our faith says God is good and God loves us. But when life knocks the breath out of us, our feelings cry out, “Lord, where are You, and why won’t You do something?” Tragedy puts theology to the test. It always does. So the greatest lesson we need to learn from Job is to trust WHO when you do not understand WHY. That’s the essence of faith. That’s the key to endurance.
