THEOLOGY - THE HOLY SPIRIT - The Difference He Makes

This message in our series on theology is on the Holy Spirit, on who He is and the difference He makes in our lives. But how can we understand this mysterious third person of the Trinity? The Bible refers to the Holy Spirit as fire, as water, as oil, and as a wind. The Greek word for Spirit is pneuma, which means wind. It’s hard to get a handle on the wind, and it’s hard to get a handle on the Holy Spirit. And yet, He is the member of the Trinity with whom we have the most interaction. So, how can we experience the Holy Spirit? What did Paul mean when he said, “If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit” (Galatians 5:25)? What real, tangible difference does the Holy Spirit make in our everyday lives?
