Words to Live By - David

When David said, “There is none like You,” it was his personal declaration of awe and adoration for God. When John the Baptist said, “He must increase, and I must decrease,” it was his acknowledgement of and surrender to the Lordship of Jesus Christ. When Paul said, “For me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain,” it was his loving and passionate commitment to follow Jesus. These personal declarations force us to stop and think about our own commitment, our own passion for Jesus. These are words to live by … phrases that shape the soul and define a godly life.

Life is like a blank sheet of paper. Each day we write our story, and each year we complete another chapter. So, what phrase would best describe how you are living your life?
