Every generation has the responsibility to pass the baton of faith to the next generation. Psalm 78 says, “Tell the next generation about the glorious deeds of the Lord, about His power and His mighty wonders … so the next generation might know them – even the children not yet born – so that they in turn will teach their own children, so that they will put their trust (hope, confidence) in God." So be careful that you do not drop the baton.
